Ling is a graphic designer who specializes in brand identity, typography and illustration.

After working for 10 years as a lead designer in New York City, she established her own studio in 2011. Ling takes a conceptual approach to visual design and her work has been described as clean and spatial, reflecting her design sensitivity relative to the environmental cues of place and context. Her visual expression is organic, natural and conversational. 

Her past clients have included Cushman & Wakefield, Medtronic, Bausch & Lomb, Thomson Reuters, and UNICEF. Her work has been recognized by a Webby Award and in 2017, Ling was shortlisted for the Communication Arts (CA) Illustration Competition.

Ling earned a certificate in typeface design from The Cooper Union's Type@Cooper program as well as a graduate studies certificate from The Portfolio Center in Atlanta. 

She currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area where she continues to work with clients. When not at work, she enjoys perfecting her Roman capitals with a broad edged pen.
